Marti is well respected as an HVAC & Packaging Industry Project Assistant. She devotes 100% of her time recruiting. Half of her time is dedicated to assisting Eric Huffman and recruiting for his HVAC clients. When not recruiting for HVAC candidates, she is recruiting in the Packaging Industry. She has developed a strong network working throughout the United States and Canada. She handles vertical market positions to include: Sales, Service (Management, Technical, support) Marketing Product Development, and Engineering opportunities.
